For a full 30 days we will provide instant exchange, no questions asked, for any media product that may have been damaged during transportation or that can't be used because of possible media defects.
DVDxDVD Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prolong this warranty coverage to our good customers for the lifetime of the product.

For obvious reasons we do not accept returns of opened media products. Once opened, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, and cards are subjected to our warranty coverage. In accordance with Amazon's guidelines, you may return for a partial 80% refund (excluding any shipping fee) only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DVDxDVD.com within 3 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original, sealed product packaging, properly insured and carrying tracking number.
In case we determine the product was opened or used, or arrived incomplete or damaged or both, the item will be refused and no refund will be issued. The refused items will be stored for 3 business days awaiting postage payment from the sender to be shipped back. After 3 business days the items will be deemed abandoned and will be donated to a non-profit organization of our choosing or discarded.
